Christina Rogers

Vintage Revelations is owned and managed by Christina Rogers MInstLM, a highly skilled senior manager operating within the health and social care sector for almost 30 years. During that time, she has not only maintained her basic care and management training but has also developed and expanded upon it to ensure she is always current and up-to-date. She is also aware of new, innovative practices and technologies that can be implemented.

Christina is passionate about providing a quality service to customers and recognizes that this can only be achieved by operating as a responsible employer, being extremely conscientious with recruitment techniques, and offering good terms and conditions to team members.

She truly believes that the team is only ever going to be as good as its poorest performer, so she holds high expectations within her team and leads from a place of experience and understanding.
